頂新飛機放鴿子 回台須重申請

（中央社記者蔡和穎台北2014年10月18日電）原向民航局申請飛航回台的頂新B-8128私人飛機，確定「放鴿子」。依民航規定，飛機若要再回台，必須重提申請。

根據規定，頂新B-8128私人飛機向民航局申請飛行許可的抵達時間為昨天下午4時，24小時內都不用重新申請核備，不過飛機取消飛航計畫後，未再向台北航空站重提計畫，至今無消無息，下午4時後，飛機必須再重向民航局申請核備。

民航人士說，頂新使用的2架飛機都登記為中國大陸籍，所有者為外籍公司，都不在頂新集團或魏家名下，要查扣不容易，民航局至今未收到相關執行文件。
