機器換人 東莞台商盼加大扶持

（中央社台北2014年10月18日電）隨著歐美市場逐步回暖，東莞的台資企業訂單量回升，但利潤卻下滑。東莞台商協會盼望大陸政府能加大「機器換人」政策扶持力度，緩解企業用工荒。

新華社今天報導，台灣名品博覽會16日至19日在廣東東莞舉行。

東莞台商協會指出，目前協會有3000多家會員企業，今年的出口產值未減少，但挑戰仍多，許多工廠缺工30%以上，有些廠商選擇先把單接下來然後外包，但外包有風險，有的台資企業就乾脆不接單了。

東莞台商協會表示，東莞提出「機器換人」政策，撥出專項資金扶持企業，新政策符合發展趨勢，不過補助對象和金額都有待提高。

協會說，製造業長遠發展一定要透過自動化來提高競爭力，但需要資金，一台機器都要人民幣十幾二十萬元，一家工廠起碼要十幾二十台，甚至上百台，是相當大的投資，盼望大陸政府能加大支持力度。

專家認為，由於缺工的影響太大，今後5年對機器人等自動化設備的補助，將是東莞生產企業最重要的一環；台資企業需要整合資源，充分融入當地的經濟和社會環境。
