台灣2013年總保費收入全球第11名

據保發中心公布的「2013年世界各國總保費收入排行」，台灣保險業總保費收入909億美元（約新台幣2.81兆元），在全世界國家中排名第11名。

其中，壽險業總保費收入750億美元（約新台幣2.32兆元），在全球排第9名，反映國人喜愛買保單的趨勢。

統計顯示，保險業總保費收入，前五名國家依序為美國（1.26兆美元）、日本（4,942億美元）、英國（3,256億美元）、中國大陸（2,801億美元）、法國（2,536億美元）。
