WHO：沙國再添4起MERS病例

（中央社倫敦27日綜合外電報導）世界衛生組織（WHO）今天說，沙烏地阿拉伯又有4人感染中東呼吸症候群冠狀病毒（MERS），其中一名年長男子已病逝。

世界衛生組織表示，這使得全球中東呼吸症候群冠狀病毒確診病例增加至170起，其中72起是死亡病例。

中東呼吸症候群冠狀病毒去年9月在中東首度出現。

沙烏地阿拉伯衛生當局昨天宣布1起新的中東呼吸症候群冠狀病毒死亡病例，使這種病毒在沙國造成的死亡人數增加到57名。

沙國衛生部的網站張貼聲明說，患有慢性病的1名73歲沙國男子因感染冠狀病毒，而在首都利雅德病故。

當局並表示，利雅德同時出現4個新病例。

這4人中有2人為沙烏地人，其中1名為57歲的慢性病患，住在加護病房；另1人為27歲的醫生。

其餘2名病患為外籍醫生，包括1名43歲女性和1名35歲男性。1021227
