團購網龍頭夠麻吉年底登錄興櫃

（中央社記者田裕斌台北30日電）中信金控旗下中信證券今天與國內團購網站龍頭夠麻吉(GOMAJI)簽訂主辦初次上櫃(IPO)合約，GOMAJI預計在年底前登錄興櫃、明年掛牌上櫃。

中信證表示，GOMAJI是台灣本土的團購網站，主要股東除創始團隊外，還包含yahoo及趨勢科技創辦人張明正等策略投資者，營收來源主要是提供消費者揪團一起吃、喝、玩、樂的折價票券業務。

GOMAJI成立以來團購金額屢創新高，2011年創下新台幣8億元，2012年翻倍成長至16億元，去年持續以接近翻倍的速度成長至31億元，今年要挑戰40億元。

此外，由於物聯網題材不斷，各式相關應用領域皆成為投資亮點，未來成長力道不容小覷，除了電子商務外，中信證也將致力從其他物聯網主軸包括車用電子、智慧家庭、智慧電網、醫療看護、物流管控、自動化農耕等領域中尋找，並輔導優質公司上市櫃，為台股市場注入新血。1030730
