【時報-外電報導】由於一項要求與民間股東分享獲利的法律訴訟遭到駁回，美國抵押貸款融資巨擘房利美（Fannie Mae）和房地美（Freddie Mac）周三股價爆量重挫。

針對一項質疑美國政府要求房利美、房地美幾乎將所有獲利全數上繳的法律訴訟，美國哥倫比亞特區法官Royce Lamberth周三予以駁回，支持美國財政部收繳這兩家公司盈利的權利。對於希望從已開始獲利的「兩房」獲取分紅的民間投資者而言，此訴訟遭駁回是一重大打擊；不過，仍有近20起的相關聯邦訴訟正等待判決。

由於瀕臨破產，房利美及房地美在2008年金融海嘯高峰時期被美國政府接管。美國政府最初要求「兩房」支付政府10％的高級優先股股息，但隨後財政部更改條款，命令兩房必須上繳絕大多數的獲利。

房利美周三股價暴跌37％，收於1.7美元，房地美重挫38％，收於1.65美元。
