強冠餿水油 檢方起訴郭烈成等8人 官員懲處最晚週日出爐

強冠餿水油事件屏東地檢署今(3)日偵結，賣油禍首郭烈成、買油的強冠公司董事長葉文祥等8人，被提起公訴。而官員的懲處，行政院長江宜樺今天在立法院表示，包括衛福部、經濟部、環保署，最晚在本周日(5)日就會決定。

被屏東地檢署依違反「食品安全衛生管理法」起訴的8人，除了郭烈成、葉文祥之外，還有郭烈成的員工施閩毓，強冠公司的副總戴啟川，販賣皮革油給進威企業的黃惠光，進威企業3名負責人蘇清煌、郭春葉、蘇進威。

江宜樺今天到立法院接受施政總質詢，民進黨立委何欣純關切強冠餿水油事件官員的懲處情況。

江宜樺答詢時點名，包括衛福部、經濟部、環保署的責任檢討，將會按照業務、輕重等情況確定，最晚在本週日(5日)就會向外界說明。

他還說，先前已公布8項食品安全強化措施，後續的制度建立會遵行。此外，食品良好作業規範(GMP)認證制度改變、進口油管理及養豬場餿水油處理等，最晚都會在今(2014)年底前辦理完畢。
