星國人就業人數增幅10年最高

根據新加坡人力部最新公布2014年勞動市場報告，新加坡本地居民去年就業人數增加9萬6000人，增幅也為過去10年最高。

報告顯示，新加坡去年總就業人口比前年增加13萬100人，增幅略低於2013年的13萬6200人，其中約有74%是新加坡本地居民。

報告指出，新加坡本地居民的就業人數這兩年大幅上升，主因受到進入職場人數多過退休人數，更多女性和年長者進入職場等因素影響，新加坡本地居民的勞動參與率不斷增加。

不過，報告也提醒說，未來幾年，戰後嬰兒潮世代將逐漸淡出就就業市場，新增加的勞動人口減少，沒有辦法提升勞動參與率。

另外，由於就業人口成長速度超過經濟成長速度，去年整體勞動生產力也下跌0.8%，幾乎所有行業的生產力均呈現下滑。
