盤中分析：內資不敵外資，台股開高走低，仍呈個股行情

【財訊快報／鄭心丹】美股大漲228點，亞洲股市同步走揚，日經指數續創15年來新高，上證指數挑戰3,500點大關，延續資金行情。台北股市一度衝上9,629點，大漲116點，漲幅超過1%，由台積電(2330)、大立光(3008)、漢微科(3658)、晶電(2448)領軍，惟塑化、紡織、金融走弱，盤中漲幅再度收斂，近期受外資賣超影響，持續壓抑大盤，相較國際盤弱勢表現；不過，OTC指數盤中來到145.55點，再創反彈以來新高。技術面，大盤朝月線及9,550點上下百點之間震盪，季線支撐已上升至9,350點，但整體上仍呈個股行情，高殖息及業績成長股扮演人氣指標。
