德銀操縱利率美英共罰25億美元

（中央社紐約/華盛頓2015年4月23日綜合外電報導）德意志銀行（Deutsche Bank）同意就操縱利率認罪後，美國司法部今天宣布對德銀開罰21.7億美元。

這家德國最大銀行達成緩起訴協議，針對操控倫敦銀行同業拆款利率（LIBOR）的罪名進行和解。

包括英國金融行為監理總署（FCA）今天宣布的罰金，德銀因操縱LIBOR與其他利率所同意支付的總罰金達到25億美元。

紐約州金融服務署（DFS）指出，根據協議內容，德銀也將對涉入不當行為的員工進行停職處分，並安排1名獨立監察人。
