Fed內部報告外洩 「升息曲線平緩」

【陳智偉╱綜合外電報導】Fed上周五主動認錯，稱月前誤將要在例行決策會議5年後才解密的內部經濟展望資料上網公開，該資料顯示Fed內部對美經濟評估較理事更保守，升息曲線預測也更平緩。

走漏時機敏感

儘管Fed表示這份資料並非最終版，部分預測與實際提交理事的數據不同，但利率預測部分並無二致。
資料顯示，Fed內部評估基準利率今年底將升至0.35%，明年底為1.26%，2017年底則為2.12%，升息曲線較6月中FOMC會後公布的理事利率落點預測更平緩，理事預期今年底將達到0.625%，明年底1.625%，2017年底2.875%。
英國《金融時報》指出，Fed內部預測的重要性雖不如Fed理事看法，卻是決策辯論的重要依據。尤其在外界對Fed即將展開升息的預期心理高漲之際走漏，時機敏感。
Fed本周二起將召開2天例會，預計台灣時間周四（30日）凌晨公布決策結果，一般預料將維持基準利率0~0.25%不變，要等9月才會開始調升，12月左右再進一步行動。
