餐廳名稱：和記肉骨茶專賣店 消費時間：2013.10.15 地址：高雄市苓雅區成功一路157號 電話：07-535-2661 營業時間：11:30~13:30、17:45~20:30 推薦菜色：紅茶、泡菜 『圖文網誌版』 http://minihea.pixnet.net/blog/post/53337402 二訪二訪！！ 上次來吃是好幾年前了 兩人嚷嚷著要再來吃也好一陣子， 無奈每回回南部不是在台南他家龜著、就是回屏東外婆家放空， 都是呈現三餐＋宵夜吃不完的養小豬狀態。 總之，終於有機會特地彎來高雄吃啦～ （還順便去光榮碼頭看小鴨呢） 今日幸運得到情人雅座 還有獨立電視～ （有杯杯會一直站在旁邊看ＸＤ） 標榜 吃肉骨茶能“旺血補氣，潤肺養顏、去溼邪” 養生料理來著。 點完餐後， 讓我跟葵拔最最最懷念的泡菜＆紅茶， 快速上桌！！ 葵拔是究級古早味紅茶控， 一直在追求小時候賣紅茶阿罵的那種味道～ 花蓮黎明紅茶、仙女紅茶（走決明子路線的）、台南雙全紅茶，都算是他的愛； 不過說到底， 這家的紅茶算是他的真愛！！ 使用"二砂糖"的紅茶熬煮非常費工， 入口喝不到很膩的甜味，但嘴巴就會一直甘甜著。 超好喝！ 而讓我一直想再訪的不是紅茶， 我對紅茶應該只有，好喝＆不好喝這兩種形容詞吧ＸＤ 讓我心心念念的是這碗台式泡菜！！！ ＧＯＤ～～～ 這麼久沒吃，一入口整個無敵滿足！！ 菜清脆爽口， 酸酸甜甜好味道啊～～ （默默拿來跟鼎泰豐比較，泡菜怎麼可以這麼雷啊>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.243.106.58
