長期的超時工作，讓我犧牲很多和家人陪伴的時間 也失去自我進修的機會，原打算過完年提離職 但是年底前被部門主管邀去談話 希望我能接小主管的位置 說接了主管職，薪資一定會到位 今年希望可以買房的我，當然覺得是個好機會 無奈看到薪資單，薪資所得沒變 反映後得知公司說今年沒有調薪計畫 頓時覺得被擺了一道 我該提離職嗎？？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.164.170.91
