48歲的吳君如為《金雞sss》裝矽膠假巨乳，33B「小籠包奶」暴脹至38G十分吸睛，在新發布的劇照中，她再挺G彈在沙灘上奔跑，當中有一幕她帶著一班「小雞」在攝氏10度的氣溫下忍凍拍戲，「海天盛宴」果真乳波盪漾。
