流動率0或極低並不代表是一間好公司 之前我妹去一間做點歌機的小公司上班，員工也是約40人， 簡單說一下這間公司的情況， 業務10+，rd 4，mis(老闆的朋友)，其他就是常見的會計等...etc 業務平均年資10-20年，全都是開國元老，年資10-20年， 其中一個之前有來過我家吃飯， 老闆給他的薪水是月薪35k(年終頂多一個月左右)， 我問你做10-20年，薪水才拿35k，那你怎沒想過要跳槽， 他就說"一開始年青時老闆畫了很大的餅，他也做了很大的夢， 但是結婚後，圖個安定就好了，每次想離開，老婆就反對。 他部門的業務全都是如此，每個都高職畢業當完兵就跟著老闆跑， 只是沒想到最後薪水會是如此。 ※ 引述《Edius (ED)》之銘言： : 聽朋友說的， : 有間公司成立快10年， : 員工數不到40人， : 但這10年裡完全沒人離職， : 現在年資最淺的員工則待了至少2年， : 而目前的主管層都是公司開創時從基層慢慢升上去。 : 如果先不看薪水福利， : 以這樣流動率=0的狀況來看， : 可以說它是一間好公司嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.160.215.241 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1404634286.A.1D6.html
