Line 於紐約提交IPO 欲在紐約東京同步上市

　 　　根據彭博社報導指出，，行動通訊服務公司 Line 已經在美國證券交易委員會(SEC)提交了 IPO 申請，計畫在紐約和東京兩地同時上市。

　　根據消息指出，本次摩根士丹利擔任Line在美國 IPO 的主承銷商。美國《創業公司扶持法案》規定，年營收不足10億美元的企業可以秘密提交IPO檔，旨在鼓勵中小企業公開上市。

　　Line 的累計下載量突破4.8億次，過去一年增長140%，是目前全球最受歡迎的聊天App 之一。全球230多個國家擁有逾 4.7億用戶。7月16日時，Line 的母公司 Naver Corp 也向東京證券交易所遞交上市申請書，市場估計LINE的市值超過1兆日元。

　　Line 和 Naver 目前並未對此東京與紐約同步上市發表評論。今年 Q1，Line 核心業務的營收成長兩倍以上，達到140.6億日元。Line已經在服務範圍廣泛，目前包括遊戲、動漫、免費語音、視訊通話、照片和影片共用等服務。
