（中央社記者江明晏台北2014年7月31日電）針對公平會開罰小米新台幣60萬元，小米回應，已按照台灣主管機關規定，修正此後開放購買的機制。

公平會表示，小米公司在去年12月間舉辦網路購買紅米機活動，就商品數量虛偽不實引人錯誤，處新台幣60萬元罰鍰。

台灣公平交易委員會公告，2013年底台灣小米公司，初步進入台灣市場的前3次開放購買（2013年12月9日、2013年12月16日、2013年12月23日）涉及「商品數量廣告不實」。

小米公司回應，小米通過網路開放購買的獨有商業模式，在搶購過程中會產生訂單資料差異，導致前3輪開放購買的實際商品數量和公告數有細微出入，因此給台灣消費者造成的困擾和誤解，小米公司表示誠摯的歉意。??

台灣小米表示，公司已按照台灣主管機關規定，修正此後開放購買的機制，以持續提升服務品質，讓消費者獲得更佳的購物體驗，小米公司作為一家新興的創業公司，感謝社會各界對小米的關愛和督促。?
