頂新獻金案 特偵傳林文伯作證

（中央社記者劉世怡台北2015年 1月21日電）最高法院檢察署特偵組偵辦頂新集團獻金案，今天上午傳喚矽品 (2325) 董事長林文伯作證，訊後請回。

庭訊逾半小時結束，林文伯面對媒體提問時，僅微笑，不發一語，隨即離去。

媒體工作者周玉蔻日前指稱馬團隊收頂新集團新台幣2億元政治獻金。特偵組分查字案，由檢察官林宗志負責偵辦。
