標題[請益] IP驗證工程師 前景問題

朋友權限不夠 代問 IP驗證工程師的前景如何 目前 朋友應徵上Design 與 IP驗證工程師 因Designer是台商小公司 而驗證工程師則是外商頂級公司缺 兩者年薪差不多 驗證工程師的內容為用UVM與system verilog去驗要用的IP 請問各位大大 驗證工程師未來的年薪成長幅度會和Designer相等嗎？ 因朋友擔心 過了三年之後 驗證工程師不好跳Designer 要是成長幅度又不高 那還不如直接到小公司當Designer 各位大大可否提供一些業界的意見 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 125.227.141.133 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1431170689.A.51B.html
