【時報-台北電】今年第10號輕颱「麥德姆」今天凌晨2時正式形成，目前位置在距離鵝鑾鼻東南方1950公里海面，以時速7公里向西北方向前進。氣象局指出，以麥德姆目前的行進方向及時度，本周末應不會影響台灣，整體趨勢則要待21、22日（下周一、二）才會比較明朗。(新聞來源：中時即時 黃天如)
