颱風逼近 雙鐵做好防颱準備

（中央社記者蔡和穎台北2014年7月21日電）中央氣象局明天凌晨將發布麥德姆陸上颱風警報，台鐵將提早成立一級應變小組，高鐵各站也進行防颱準備，巡檢確保乘車安全。

中央氣象局今天下午5時30分發布第10號中度颱風麥德姆海上颱風警報，預計明天凌晨2時30分發布陸上颱風警報。

台灣鐵路管理局表示，麥德姆海警發布後，台鐵立即成立二級應變小組，工務、氣象人員進駐，並預計在今夜11時提前成立一級應變小組。

高鐵表示，氣象局發布海警後，高鐵已依規定三級開設防颱應變中心，由行控中心監控相關防颱措施，高鐵各車站展開防颱準備，巡檢確保安全。

氣象局發布陸警後，若警戒範圍含括西部縣市及高鐵沿線，高鐵將二級開設應變中心；若颱風7級暴風半徑8小時內將接近台灣陸地，影響高鐵營運，高鐵將評估開設一級應變中心，風雨若影響高鐵系統及行車安全，高鐵將視情況調整營運措施，包括調整速限、調整營運班次或評估停駛。
