俄鋼鐵龍頭 23億脫手美工廠

（中央社台北2014年7月21日電）彭博報導，隸屬億萬富豪摩達雪夫（Alexei Mordashov）旗下的俄羅斯鋼鐵製造商OAO Severstal同意以現金23.3億美元，將旗下2座美國廠房售分別售予美國兩家鋼鐵公司。

OAO Severstal (CHMF) 今天在聲明稿中表示，Steel Dynamics Inc. (STLD) 將買下Severstal位在密西根州哥倫布市（Columbus）的廠房；AK SteelHolding Corp. (AKS) 將接手位在密西根州迪爾伯恩市（Dearborn）的廠房。

Severstal即將退出美國，適逢美國與俄羅斯因為烏克蘭而關係緊張升級。烏克蘭境內的親俄分離主義分子持續掌控各主要城市。

摩達雪夫與Severstal迄今尚未列名美國或歐盟的經濟制裁名單。截至4月止，摩達雪夫旗下企業控有俄羅斯銀行（OAO Bank Rossiya RU-BROS）近6%股權，而俄羅斯銀行則被美國鎖定，列名制裁名單。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）
