高鐵23日上午增全車自由座列車

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北2014年7月22日電）台灣高鐵今晚宣布，明天中午12時前，台北站（南下）及左營站（北上），每小時各增開2班每站停靠全車自由座列車。

台灣高鐵說，增開的全車自由座列車，商務車廂除外，端點站發車時間均都是整點及30分。

明天中午12時以後高鐵營運情形，台灣高鐵將在明天上午10時宣布。

台灣高鐵表示，為確保運行安全，部分路段風速、雨量過大時，達到運轉限制標準時，列車將採取行車速限，如因此延誤預定到站時間，屬天然災害因素，不適用延遲退費規定。

另購買颱風警報期間列車車票的旅客，若列車正常運行而未搭乘，或列車運轉變更、車次取消，可自乘車日起1年內，至高鐵各車站辦理退票，免收手續費。
