（中央社記者何宏儒新德里2014年8月27日專電）4名出身西印金融中心孟買附近的年輕人，6月間瞞著家人赴中東加入伊斯蘭國（Islamic State），其中1人據報已在敘利亞衝突中死亡。

老家位在西印金融中心孟買大都會卡揚（Kalyan）區的4名年輕人艾瑞布（Aarib Majid）、坦基（SahimTanki）、夏克（Fahad Shaikh）、坦德爾（AmanTandel）6月26日瞞著家人隨朝聖團赴伊拉克旅遊。4人據報後來加入伊斯蘭國，與成員併肩作戰。

「印度時報」（The Times of India）網站即時報導，坦基昨天打電話回家表示，艾瑞布已在敘利亞衝突中死亡，他請家人向艾瑞布家屬轉達死訊。

報導說，艾瑞布本來在新孟買（Navi Mumbai）1所伊斯蘭教育機構念大學工程系3年級，父親梅吉德（Ejaz Majid）是卡揚當地的內科醫生。

記者無法聯絡上梅吉德；親戚雖確認坦基電話內容，但目前無法證實艾瑞布的死訊是否屬實。
