手機面板市場 看好低溫多晶矽

（中央社記者潘智義台北2014年8月27日電）日本顯示器公司（JDI）轉投資台灣顯示器公司董事長兼執行長許庭禎表示，全球手機面板採低溫多晶矽製程約占10%，未來可望明顯提升。

許庭禎今天在「Touch Taiwan 2014觸控、面板暨光學膜製程、設備、材料展」指出，低溫多晶矽（LTPS）製程設備比非晶矽製程貴，但只要良率高，成本可控制到比非晶矽製程還低。

他說，小米機帶動中國大陸手機「高規低價」風潮，低溫多晶矽製程正可滿足這項需求。

他分析，手機解析度要求不斷提高，雖可採傳統非晶矽製程，拉高技術層次辦到，但良率卻不見得好，毀損的面板玻璃基板都是成本。

反觀低溫多晶矽製程，較易達到高解析度要求，雖然單位成本高，但良率也高，少毀損面板玻璃基板，整體成本反而變低。

他說，中國大陸已非以往的山寨市場，現在的手機品牌規格超越國際品牌，許多陸牌手機解析度都超越蘋果，解析度是1.36倍、價格僅50%。

因此，看好低溫多晶矽面板製程前景。
