金馬影后周迅昨40歲生日，陳坤、舒淇等圈內好友都紛紛獻上祝福，今網友高源在微博放上周迅與老公高聖遠的慶生照，她帶著紙製女王皇冠笑得燦爛，與高聖遠及友人開心合影，眾人還準備有著周迅公仔點綴的特製蛋糕，氣氛溫馨。

而佟大為與周迅合作《我的早更女友》，目前遠在加州拍片，也獻上奧斯卡小金人，「希望金燦燦的它把加州溫暖的陽光帶進你心裡，我將擔任該禮物的人肉快遞，回頭見」，遙祝好友生日快樂。（郭妤／綜合報導）
