台積電 法人聯手買超

台積電（2330）上周外資由賣轉買，在周四法說會後，周五三大法人單日聯手買超18,045張，股價一度站上140元，終場以137元作收，周線來看，台積電止跌回升，一周上漲2.24％，準備向上挑戰前波高點142元。

台積電啟動16奈米鰭式場效電晶體強效版製程試產，生產進度正快速追趕競爭對手三星，預期2015年20奈米加計16奈米市占仍大幅超過對手，在2016年16奈米市場將遠大於2015年。台積電預估今年第一季營收季減0.7至成長0.7％，法人並預估，台積電營收將在2015年跨過9千億元門檻。
