為至104年第一季前完成。為配合天雲商務國際股份有限公司財務規劃作業需要

及投資時效需要，擬先於104年1月完成普通股新台幣8000萬元之投資，至特別

股部分仍按董事會原決議將於104年第一季前完成辦理。
