Apple Watch將在4月出貨，蘋果盼延續業績成長動能。路透

【財經中心╱綜合報導】蘋果（Apple）執行長庫克（Tim Cook）首度明確指出，眾所矚目的Apple Watch將從4月開始出貨，並表示「期望很高」，自己「每天使用、愛不釋手，生活已經不能沒有它，等不及要和客戶分享。」

日月光廣達景碩受惠

摩根士丹利（Morgan Stanley，大摩）估計，Apple Watch可挹注蘋果2015年度營收81億美元（2538億台幣）； RBC Capital Markets預估銷量至少2000萬支，保守估計可帶來65億美元（2036億台幣）營收。
Apple Watch採取SiP（System in Package，系統級封裝）架構，由日月光（2311）獨吞該SiP訂單，而景碩（3189）與南電（8046）均透過日月光打入蘋果的供應鏈。
據悉，景碩這次的載板供應比重超過70%，南電約佔20~30%，去年第4季開始試產，目前已經進入小量出貨階段，初期單月產能將從百萬顆開始，再慢慢往上推進到200萬、300萬、甚至到500~600萬顆的水準。
廣達（2382）則是蘋果Apple Watch獨家代工廠，為配合蘋果將在4月發表，廣達常熟廠持續練兵，並擴大招募員工，以因應交貨高峰將到來。
