申辦4G服務 NCC籲民眾善用7天試用期

國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)今（29）日呼籲民眾善加利用行動通信業者所提供的行動上網免費試用7天方案，待確定上網與收訊狀況符合需求後再行租用。

NCC表示，為了保障消費者權益，該會已責成4G業者加強落實行動上網免費試用期服務機制，以減少4G於開台初期訊號涵蓋不足所引發的消費爭議。

NCC指出，目前正積極敦促業者加速建設4G高速基地台，但由於建設初期訊號涵蓋不足及行動上網頻寬分享特性等因素，部分用戶反映4G服務並不如預期。為避免民眾申辦4G後，因收訊不良產生消費爭議，請民眾多利用行動通信業者所提供的行動上網免費試用7天方案。

此外，NCC也強調，已要求電信業者於去年10月起就隨帳單提供當月行動數據使用量，並自今年1月起隨帳單通知資費試算結果及建議最適資費方案，提供消費者參考。
