松菸協商 北市：溝通找發展方向

（中央社記者黃意涵台北2015年1月30日電）台北市政府今天與台北文創開發公司召開松菸BOT案協商會議，台北市文化局長倪重華說，希望透過溝通，找到園區未來發展目標及方向。

台北市專案小組由倪重華領隊，率領法務局、都發局、財政局、研考會等人員出席會議，台北文創則由總經理李震華率領4名代表出席，會議約從5時15分開始，預計開會30分鐘至1小時。

倪重華會前表示，會議不會有拍桌等火爆場面，台北市長柯文哲已定調是面對社會觀感，社會觀感不是只有富邦單方面，北市府也要承擔部分責任。

他說，柯文哲也提及除了園區發展未來要討論，還要顧到大區域的未來發展，倪重華說，這個爭議在他來看，是有建設性的，希望能透過溝通，找到園區未來發展方向及目標。

李震華則表示，台北文創樂於配合市府做對社會大眾有意義的事。
