《國際產業》南韓大企業今年加碼投資，但減少招聘

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】韓國產業聯盟（Federaton of Korean Industries, FKI）周一表示，南韓前30大企業集團今年的投資規模將較去年增加16.5%，但因勞工成本攀升，將減少增聘員工。

FKI表示，不計海外交易或增加持股，三星集團、現代汽車集團等南韓大型企業今年的總投資金額，將擴大至136.4兆韓元（1199.5億美元）。

今年前30大企業新聘員工人數將減少6.3%，至12萬1801人；惟在聘僱新法於明年生效前，部分企業提高員工退休年齡，使前30大企業今年員工總人數將微幅增加1%，達到118萬651人。

FKI表示，新法規定員工人數超過300人的企業，其勞工退休年齡從55歲延後至60歲，加上勞工基本薪資提高，對企業的新進人員招聘造成極大影響。
