牛乳限額喊卡歐洲酪農期待又怕受傷害

（法新社巴黎29日電）歐洲實施30年的牛乳限額將在4月1日喊卡，酪農憂喜參半。這將使歐洲酪農得以顧及新興市場日益增加的需求，但卻可能造成價格崩盤。

自4月1日起，酪農將能無限制生產牛乳。

歐洲牛乳限額近年來日漸鬆綁，2009至2013年間每年放寬1%，但完全解除限制被視為生產商要面臨的新局面。

北歐酪農稱讚這是自全球對牛奶需求增加中賺錢的機會，尤其是從中國大陸。

德國乳品業協會主席恩格爾（Karl-Heinz Engel）說，「我們對廢除牛乳限額感到高興，我們準備好了」，並表示這個產業是「出口導向且具競爭性」。

但是歐洲第2大牛乳生產國法國眾多酪農採取觀望做法，希望等到需求增加再砸錢提高產量。（譯者：中央社蔡佳伶）
