標題[問題] 轉職人資所需進修/條件

各位前輩好~ 如標題所述 因為一直以來都從事客服相關工作 從call center到實體通路 也很幸運有機會能有擔任中階主管職務 但其實一直以對人資相關的工作很有興趣(招募/任用/教育訓練/福利規劃...等) 加上覺得客服的工作發展性有點侷限 但本身不是人資相關科系 而且年紀也不小了(30y) 想請教前輩們 若想轉職人資的職務 需要去進修哪些項目或需要哪些努力 才比較有可能獲得面試或綠取的機會呢 畢竟履歷表一攤開來都是客服的經驗... 感激不盡 :) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.25.12.14 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1427722350.A.391.html
