標題[問題] 新人壓力大

最近剛進一家公司 一開始就是弄粉絲團的東西 可是剛滿一個月了 都沒起色 感覺真的很難搞 一次要用好幾個粉絲團 每天光是回客訴就浪費很多時間 連假日也在想要怎麼經營 但就是不知道怎做 前幾天被告知未來職務上會增加其他的工作 但主要還是管理粉絲團的 可是如果一直沒起色 感覺這試用期大概快ＧＧ了吧 哎 雖然每次聽他們說 都說我做得不錯 但沒成績就是沒成績 新人交不出成績 感覺壓力真的頗大 該怎麼辦呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.193.241.172 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1430060154.A.447.html
