6月出口樂觀 可望連5紅

【林巧雁╱台北報導】財政部今將公布6月出口統計，外界預期仍可維持正成長，出口可望連5紅，與5月出口266.67億美元年增1.4%相較，成長幅度更佳。
國泰金經濟研究處經理陳欽奇表示，對第2季出口看法樂觀，美國第1季經濟成長來到4%，東南亞出口止穩，中國近期PMI（Purchasing Managers’ Index，採購經理人指數）也止跌，今年台灣經濟成長3%沒問題，沒有一個負面因素，台灣6月出口會比5月還好，比前幾個月還樂觀。
中央大學經濟系教授吳大任則指出，台灣出口主要受國際因素影響，影響台灣最大的3個國家為歐、美與中國，中國佔出口4成，台灣出口到中國許多是零組件與中間材，最終市場仍是歐美。

不會「5窮6絕」

他指出，國際景氣已逐漸復甦好轉，擺脫金融海嘯與歐債陰霾，歐美經濟表現不錯，歐洲國家的財政赤字處理狀況尚可，製造業PMI往樂觀方向走，歐美經濟朝樂觀發展，消費者信心也上升，對台灣6月與下半年出口正面看待。
吳大任說，過去台灣出口有「5窮6絕」的說法，因歐美外銷訂單多為聖誕節備貨，因此7、8月才會下訂單，5、6月的訂單較弱。不過中國因10月1日長假，訂單提早至5、6月，這2~3年中國的訂單可彌補歐美市場較弱的表現，比較不會有「5窮6絕」的影響。
