Gowex執行長做假帳 聲請破產

（中央社台北2014年7月7日電）彭博報導，Let’sGowex SA (GOW) 將聲請破產，並表示執行長承認過去至少4年做假帳後已引咎辭職。Gowex為西班牙少數創業成功的例子。

Wi-Fi服務業者Gowex昨天在監管聲明中表示，執行長兼創辦人賈西亞（Jenaro Garcia）為做假帳承擔所有責任後，董事會已接受他的辭呈。Gowex股價從1日來至今累跌60%，當時賣空機構高譚市研究公司（GothamCity Research LLC）表示，這家新創公司毫無價值，且浮報營收。

西班牙是個沒有培育過成功科技新創公司，朝國際發展的國家，不過Gowex成長快速，市值在2010年掛牌上市和高譚市研究公布報告這段期間，成長1倍多。Gowex是西班牙交易所創業板（MAB）中表現最好的個股之一。在政府設法宣傳企業融資選項之下，MAB是小型企業替代的融資來源。

根據賈西亞昨天在推特頁面上貼的推文，「我自動在法院認罪。我想與正義同行。我將承擔一切後果。」在此之前，他在推文中對「所有人」表示歉意，「我真的很抱歉」。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
