法國全額補助 墮胎件數增加

（中央社記者曾依璇巴黎2014年7月17日專電）法國自去年3月起全額補助女性墮胎，1年多來，法國健康部發現向來維持穩定的墮胎件數有增加現象，可能也與女性疑慮避孕藥有關。

根據法國健康部6月公布的1份報告，去年全國有21萬7000件自願終止懷孕手術（墮胎），比2012年增加4.7%，大約多了1萬件。

法國的墮胎件數自2006年以來都還算穩定。報告認為，墮胎手術自2013年3月31日起免費，加上社會對避孕藥的健康有所疑慮，可能是手術件數增加的因素。

2012年底，1名年輕女性提出申訴表示，她所服用的第3代避孕藥可能引發她的腦血管疾病。這項申訴激起針對第3、4代避孕藥副作用的廣泛討論，法國健康部去年初決定不再補助這種藥，並禁止販售避孕藥黛麗安糖衣錠（Diane-35）。

當避孕藥要付費且可能有害健康，而墮胎免費時，可以想見墮胎手術件數會增加。

對避孕藥的反感，也讓法國女性傾向採用子宮環或其他較自然的避孕方式，例如計算安全期或體外射精。
