凱基護城河基金准募

（中央社記者潘智義台北2014年7月17日電）證期局同意「凱基護城河基金」募集，總額新台幣200億元。

金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局表示，凱基證券投資信託公司申報募集凱基護城河基金，投資國內外總額等值新台幣200億元，並以新台幣及美元計價發行。

另外，凱基護城河基金自成立日起屆滿6個月後，投資於國內外股票（含承銷股票），及存託憑證之總額不得低於基金淨值70%，且投資於具有「經濟護城河」特質的公司，所發行股票及存託憑證總額，不得低於基金淨值60%。

所謂具有經濟護城河特質，包括具有品牌及通路、具有專利及授權、顧客轉換成本高、具政策、法規保護及行業壁壘、具技術及生產成本優勢、具網絡效應及自然壟斷。
