飛雅特大股東 否認與福斯聯姻

（中央社台北2014年7月17日電）彭博報導，飛雅特最大股東否認福斯曾與其接觸，商討收購飛雅特的全部或部分的可能性。

阿涅利家族（Agnelli）旗下投資公司Exor SpA的發言人表示，沒有討論有關義大利車廠飛雅特（FiatSpA IT-F）與德國車廠福斯汽車（Volkswagen AG.DE-VOW3）合併事宜。

Exor主要是針對德國「經理人雜誌」（ManagerMagazine）的報導作出上述回應。根據彭博彙整的數據，Exor控有飛雅特30%股權。

「經理人雜誌」網站之前報導，福斯董事長皮耶希（Ferdinand Piech）與阿涅利家族合夥人與成員展開各式會談。皮耶希是福斯控股家族成員之一。
