【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】香港民運引發的不確定性削弱投資人的風險偏好，以及日銀公布的短觀報告好壞不一，對市場的激勵效果有限，日股由紅翻黑，周三日經225指數收盤跌0.53％，為16082.25點，創2周低點；東証一部指數收盤跌0.61％，為1318.21點。
