南韓前統合進步黨議員李石基，涉嫌煽動和策劃內亂一案，今天由南韓大法院作出終審判決，維持原判，判處李石基有期徒刑9年、剝奪議員資格7年。統合進步黨

是親北韓政黨，去年底被韓國憲法法院勒令解散。

韓聯社今天報導，南韓大法院認為，李石基違反國家保安法、煽動內亂罪名成立，但法院認為他策劃內亂的嫌疑，證據不足，判無罪。

2013年9月，李石基因涉嫌以地下革命組織領導人身份，策劃回應北韓對南韓革命論、顛覆南韓體制的行動而被起訴。一二審分別被判處12年和9年徒刑。（王長偉首爾報導）
