三一國際(00631)發盈警，集團預期截至2014年12月31日止年度淨利潤同比有大幅下滑，與截至2013年12月31日止年度相比降幅約為50%至60%。

該預期跌幅主要由於集團銷售收入較2013年同期有所減少；及目前，由於煤炭企業資金鏈普遍偏緊，故集團本著謹慎性原則，決定截至2014年12月31日止年度期間增加應收賬款的壞賬準備計提比例，導致淨利潤有顯著下降。
