12月購屋貸款利率微升

（中央社記者潘智義台北2015年1月23日電）中央銀行今天公布，5大銀行去年12月新承作購屋貸款利率為1.962%，較11月增加0.003個百分點；承作金額新台幣418.83億元，較11月增加54.02億元，連2個月成長。

去年全年6都建物成交棟數成長率均較前年減少，新北市年減25.04%、台北市年減18.92%、台中市年減10.82%、台南年減12.09%、高雄年減11.29%、桃園年減14.17%。

央行公布，12月5大銀行新承作放款加權平均利率為1.655%，較11月的1.737%下降0.082個百分點，主因周轉金及資本支出貸款利率下降所致。

央行指出，若不含國庫借款，12月台銀、合庫銀、土銀、華銀、一銀5大銀行新承作放款加權平均利率為1.720%，較11月的1.765%，下降0.045個百分點。
