德國有機農場數過去10年大增

（中央社記者林琳柏林23日專電）德國消費者購買有機農產品的數量逐年增加，而過去10年德國有機農場也愈來愈多。2013年全德約28萬5000處農場中，有超過1萬8000處是有機農場，約占6%。

德國聯邦統計局的資料顯示，從2003年到2013年，有機農地從約73萬公頃增到100萬公頃以上，大約增加43%。

不過，相較於鄰邦奧地利，德國有機農地占所有農地的比例仍偏低。奧地利是歐洲國家中有機農業發展最先進的國家，有19%的農地是從事有機農作或畜牧及養殖；其次瑞典，大約占16%。丹麥和葡萄牙各占7%和6%。

雖然有機農場數目增加，德國的有機農產品生產仍不足以供應成長更快的需求，所以，市場供應的許多有機蔬果和乳製品仍從其他歐洲國家進口。1040123
