飛車黨群毆華裔司機案又一嫌犯認罪伏法

【大紀元2015年01月31日訊】（紐約訊）在週四（1月29日）的庭審中，又一在2013年9月參與在曼哈頓毆打華人連先生（Alexian Lien）的飛車黨成員認罪伏法。兇犯克魯茲 （Christopher Cruz）將面臨四個月的監禁，五年緩刑。

在2013年9月29日發生的這起惡性暴力事件中，克魯茲扮演的角色並不特別重要，他本人沒出手毆打連先生，但檢察官經調查後指控他當時故意在連先生的車前剎車，讓連先生躲避不及而撞到他。

本月內，原11名嫌犯中已有兩名兇犯Allen Edwards和 Edwin Rodriguez分別就二級攻擊罪認罪，被判緩刑五年。

該11名嫌犯原被指控犯有團伙攻擊罪，如果罪名成立，最高刑罰為25年。
