（中央社記者汪淑芬台北2015年3月11日電）海基會認為兩岸在陸客來台灣中轉議題上，在目前兩岸會談議題中較易突破。民航局估計，陸客來台灣中轉旅客量，年約百萬人次。

航空公司看好陸客來台轉機市場，期待早日實現。

長榮航空指出，陸客前往歐美及東南亞，都適合經由台灣轉機，不但紓解北京、上海等一線城市機場的負擔，也比到有語言隔閡的日本、韓國轉機方便。

華航表示，兩岸空運自2008年開放直航以來，服務往返兩岸旅次已超過3000萬人次，促進雙方觀光及貿易交流，美中不足的是，大陸民眾無法來台灣轉機，但台灣民眾卻可到大陸中轉歐美，不符合公平對等原則。
