歐洲央行：復甦前景審慎樂觀

（法新社法蘭克福2日電） 歐洲中央銀行（ECB）今天透露，對引發爭議的購債計畫有助提振歐元區經濟前景，負責制定政策的歐洲央行管理委員會愈來愈有信心。

根據管理委員會3月4日和5日的會議紀錄，歐洲央行表示，「成員普遍認同，已能見到新購債計畫帶來重要的正面影響」。

會議紀錄說：「整體而言，各方廣泛認為，在1月貨幣政策決定方面，管理委員會進一步增添一大刺激，如今幾乎全面動用可採用的貨幣政策工具，來支撐經濟復甦。」

根據會議紀錄，這將使經濟復甦前景「審慎樂觀」。（譯者：中央社劉文瑜）
