希山：防恐法是因應IS威脅

（中央社記者郭朝河吉隆坡2015年4月9日專電）馬來西亞國防部長希山慕丁（Hishammuddin Hussein）為剛在大馬國會通過的防恐法令辯解，聲稱是因伊斯蘭國（IS）已在大馬造成威脅才急設新法。

他今日在國防部記者會表示，由於伊斯蘭國的恐怖主義日漸在大馬造成威脅，甚至已經滲透全世界，因此大馬國會才會快速通過法案，希望能以主動應變的方式打擊恐怖組織。

大馬國會6日通過防範恐怖主義法案，內容包括只要政府懷疑國民涉嫌參加恐怖活動，將有權逮捕並進行改造，引起大馬社運組織及人權律師抗議，擔憂這將鼓勵政府濫用逮捕權力。
