大陸獵狐2015首次從希臘引渡經濟犯

（中央社台北9日電）大陸公安部啟動「獵狐2015」專項行動啟動8天後，今天首次從希臘引渡胡姓經濟犯罪嫌疑人。值得注意的是，大陸跟希臘尚未簽訂引渡條約，此例可作為與歐洲各國執法合作的借鏡。

大陸公安部網站公布，2013年4月底，衢州百泰集團有限公司胡姓實際控制人與家人前往賽普勒斯共和國後一直未歸，並非法集資人民幣4000多萬元（逾新台幣1600萬元）和從銀行獲得的400萬元貸款一捲而空。

2014年10月，國際刑警組織對其發布紅色通報。11月23日，胡姓嫌犯在希臘雅典機場被當地警方扣留。大陸公安部立即啟動引渡程序，希臘法院最終裁決同意將其引渡回國。

大陸公安部宣布，4月2日起展開「獵狐2015」專項行動，重點對象是外逃經濟犯罪嫌疑人，與「獵狐2014」不同的是，今年還新增追捕外逃黨員和大陸國家工作人員、涉腐案件外逃人員。1040409
